Biography

 William Scott Malpica was born and raised in Venezuela. He received his BS in Electrical Engineering in May 2004 from the University of Texas at Austin. He is currently working on his Masters and Ph.D under Dr. Alan Bovik. His personal interests include salsa dancing, computer games and mountain biking.
